We’re pleased to announce our next round of voice casting! The role of Ivy will be played by Bunny Saku, Addie and Amy will be voiced by Anna Donovan, and Paul Huddleston will be the voice of Kitt. Another huge thank you to everyone who auditioned, we loved hearing your work!

A huge “thank you” to everyone who sent in auditions for PlotQuest, we’re all really excited to hear your work! We’re having our casting meeting this Thursday, so you should hear something back by the end of this week/ early next week.
All the background art is completed for episode 1. Here’s a look at a few backgrounds Pltnm06Ghost and Tommy Benoist created (back from before Chelsea joined the party).
Also, Neko has completed the animation on the Retro RPG sequence. This is how she’s feeling right about now…
Don’t worry folks, she’ll be back up and drawing in no time! When she is, expect to see some more tutorials on pixel art and animation too.
Best Wishes and a Happy Cinco de Mayo!

We're doing a little bit of a late update this time due to the holiday. First off, here's a look at Taylor's process for creating the lovely backgrounds for the PlotQuest webcomic. As you can see, they're coming along nicely. Keep up the good work, Taylor!
Just a small update this week - Scenes are advancing to the clean-up and color stage… Here’s one of them! We still need to do sound, but this gives an idea of what the finished show will look like. Onward!

A couple more bits of rough animation from episode 1, plus a little bit of finished animation from the Retro RPG sequence. By the way, Neko will be doing a tutorial on how she animated the special attack and its special effects very soon, so stay tuned for that as well.
We've been keeping plenty busy around here! Josh and Tommy have been cranking out animation for episode 1, Chelsea's been tearing through the backgrounds about as fast as we can give them to her and Taylor's working on the second PlotQuest webcomic. Meanwhile, Neko has been hard at work creating the surprisingly time-consuming Retro RPG sequence. If you'd like to see how that's going she's produced two videos on the subject: This one shows her illustration process in creating the background for the battle screen: https://youtu.be/dhjw2z6TQ-c And this one is the first in her tutorial series on animating pixel art: https://youtu.be/CKYR_EWRyGM
Hope you enjoy and stay tuned for more inside info as our quest for animation glory continues!
